May update

Thank you to everyone that has given their input and ideas for the development of Ken II.
As you can imagine there is a lot of work going on to ensure a smooth handover between the JMB and the existing management, and the JMB is keeping things moving along so that we are ready to go once the new Management are in place.
Once again the notices in the lifts have up to date info, but please pay special attention to the bit at the bottom about the EGM. Please mark your diaries now and keep the 6th July free.

let's get going....

The JMB is now formed and ready for action.
I'm sure everyone has seen the posters in the lifts. Please do your part and send your thoughts and ideas for Ken II facilities and services to us by 7th April.
The only way the JMB can operate in your best interest is if they know what your interests are!

Festive Greetings!

Happy Holidays to all our neighbours for whichever festivities you have recently been enjoying!

Thanks to the carollers in the common area just before Christmas, and thanks to the management team for putting up the decorations, the hanging stars look great.

At the last residents meeting it was agreed that we'd be holding a festive gathering some time in 2008. Keep eyes posted for dates on here.

nice to meet you....

It was great to have another chance to meet with the neighbours at the recent residents meeting. Thanks to everyone for coming along. Hopefully we've resolved a few more issues relating to the setting up of the JMC.
Also...watch this space for notices about a more informal get together, preferably next time with food! yummy

Residents meeting

Saturday 27th October has been suggested as the date for our next residents meeting (without management). Hopefully this suits enough people to make it worth while.....?
Please tick the box to say yay or nay or leave a comment to say if you can make it.
Any issues that you want to have discussed at the meeting should be sent as an email to kendamansara2@gmail.com
Fingers crossed......

Joint Management Committee

The meeting to discuss the setting up of a Joint Management Committee took place 11th August. At that meeting it was suggested that we all get together to discuss other home-owner concerns we may all have, and to get to know each other so that we can figure out who should or wants to step forward to volunteer as JMB members.
It has been agreed that we can use the Multi-purpose hall free of charge for any residents meetings, so what are we waiting for....?
Comments please. Poll too!
